This Mindful Bell Meditation is a grounding, non-verbal practice designed to support emotional regulation and present-moment awareness — especially when words feel like too much.

Rooted in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) mindfulness techniques, this practice uses repeated bell sounds to guide attention back to the breath and body, helping the nervous system settle naturally.

There is no spoken guidance.
The bells do the work.

 

This practice is for you if:
