These small-group, premium presenter-led sessions are informative, immersive and experiential — a mix of science, insight, embodiment, and story.

THE WELLBEING SESSIONS™: YOGA
Let me guide you through your yoga practice, help you notice how your body moves, where you hold tension, and how this ancient system can help your nervous system responds to everyday life with ease, grace and flow.
Through a trauma and nervous system informed thoughtful blend of yoga movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, you will:
