The Wellbeing Sessions™ are immersive experiences designed to help you:

  • Understand : your nervous system, why we do the things we do and why your body reacts the way it does.

  • Respond : with breathwork, movement and integrative change using practical, science-backed tools you can use in real life.

Far beyond simple lectures, generic workshops or classes to include (depending on the session type):

  • TED-style insight + storytelling that makes complex science simple, practical, and relatable

  • Evidence based practical life coaching psychology to build resilience - Simple tools for daily life - no fluff, no buzzwords, just results

  • Embodied mind-body practices (breathing, gentle movement, mindfulness, yoga nidra) that work on your nervous system here and now

  • Interactive, immersive guidance - supporting you to feel your way to calm, clarity, and confidence

Whether you’re constantly stressed, struggling to switch off, or simply curious about your inner world and looking for ways to strengthen and balance your mind body and spirit with ease grace and flow, these sessions give you lasting insight and embodied skills, not temporary fixes.

THE WELLBEING SESSIONS™: LIFE COACHING

These small-group, premium sessions are informative, immersive and experiential — a mix of science, insight, embodiment, and story.

What you will experience:

NOTICE: Guided relaxation, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra

UNDERSTAND: TED-style insight talk and life coaching around topic-linked neuroscience, psychology, and lived insight in digestible, actionable ways

RESPOND: Gentle movement and practical tools integrated in real time, so you can embody change

Session 5: Why you can’t switch off (And how to come back to the present)
Mindfulness in motion

We’ll explore what it really means when you can’t switch off — not as a problem to fix, but as a pattern of attention that’s learned and can be gently reshaped. A guided mindfulness walk in nature designed for people who feel like their mind is always “on”. Through simple guided moments as we walk, you’ll be invited to: • notice when the mind drifts • understand what it’s actually doing • and learn how to bring your attention back without force Using breath, movement, and the natural environment as anchors, this session helps you experience mindfulness in a more accessible way — not sitting still trying to clear your thoughts, but moving with them and returning to the present as you go. You don’t need experience with mindfulness or meditation. Just comfortable shoes and a willingness to slow down a little. You may leave feeling: • more grounded in your body • less pulled by overthinking • and more aware of how to come back to yourself during everyday life Mindfulness in motion — because presence isn’t something you achieve, it’s something you return to

THE WELLBEING SESSIONS™:  YOGA

Yoga, in this space, isn’t just movement. It’s a way to understand your body, mind and energy so you can respond to everyday life with more ease, grace, and flow.

 

Guided through a simple, steady practice, you’re supported to notice:

  • How your body moves

  • Where you hold tension

  • What your system is telling you

Through movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, you begin to:

  • Notice what’s happening in your body

  • Understand how your nervous system shapes your reactions

  • Respond with more calm, clarity, and steadiness

 

This is intentional practice - not about pushing or performing but creating the conditions where your body, mind and energy can soften and support you.

Over time, you feel the shift:

  • Less holding

  • Less effort

  • More awareness

  • More steadiness

  • Ease. Grace. Flow. On and off the mat.

 

Not something you force but something that emerges when your system feels supported.

This is yoga as lived experience - a way to reconnect, regulate, and return to yourself.
