Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork

ONE-TO-ONE / ONE-TO-TWO ・AT THE COORIE ・ON-SITE・ON-LINE

These sessions offer gentle, grounding support for body and mind — helping you slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with yourself.

 

All practices are guided by Elaine, qualified yoga teacher, meditation guide and coach, with years of experience supporting people through stress, change, recovery and overwhelm.

 

Every session is:

  • Personal

  • Calm and unhurried

  • Rooted in compassion and nervous system awareness

 

You don’t need experience, flexibility or fitness — just a willingness to arrive as you are.

What is offered

Yoga

A gentle blend of movement, breath and awareness designed to support emotional and physical wellbeing.

I teach primarily Hatha Yoga — slow, steady and accessible — with options for:

  • Beginners or those returning to movement

  • Stress and nervous system regulation

  • Illness recovery and fatigue

  • Confidence-building and embodied awareness

Private 1:1 sessions at The Coorie are tailored to your needs and move at your pace.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to “know yoga.”
You just need to feel ready to begin

Meditation & Mindfulness

Simple, guided practices to help quiet the mind, reduce stress and reconnect with the present moment.

These sessions support:

  • Mental clarity

  • Emotional regulation

  • Grounding and focus

  • A sense of inner steadiness

Practices are gentle, practical and easy to carry into daily life.

Yoga Nidra — deeply restful guided meditation — is currently the most popular offering.

Breathwork

Calm, beginner-friendly breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system.

These sessions focus on:

  • Reducing anxiety and stress

  • Supporting emotional balance

  • Creating a sense of steadiness and ease

Breathwork is always offered gently, safely and without force.

One-to-one sessions at The Coorie

Private, supportive sessions designed just for you.

Available focuses include:

  • Trauma-aware yoga

  • Illness recovery and fatigue support

  • Perimenopause support

  • Yoga for beginners

  • Yoga Nidra (deep rest)

  • Gentle flow, restorative or grounding practices

Sessions are held:

  • In person at The Coorie

  • Or online (for meditation, mindfulness and breathwork)

Group & Corporate Sessions

  • Small group meditation and mindfulness sessions

  • Corporate or on-site wellbeing support

  • Tailored packages for organisations, teams and community groups

These can be adapted to suit your needs, setting and schedule.

Private 1:1 Sessions at The Coorie

  • 60 minutes — £60

  • 90 minutes — £80
