Leaning into ancient yoga philosophy as the original 'self-help' guide for living a happy and fulfilled life, The Yoga Life Coaching Method™ is a gentle, structured programme rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga — offering a calm, practical framework for living with greater steadiness, clarity, balance and flow in modern life.

This is not about perfect poses, flexibility, or spiritual performance.


It’s about understanding yoga as a way of living — one that supports your nervous system, decision-making, energy and sense of direction.

Who this is for

This pathway is especially suited to you if:

  • You’re new to or already practising yoga and simply curious about its deeper philosophy

  • You want structure, meaning and calm without pressure or dogma

  • You’re interested in how yoga’s ethical and philosophical framework can support daily life

  • You’re considering yoga teacher training and want deeper grounding

  • You’re an organisation or studio seeking philosophy-led wellbeing education for your clients or as part of your student teacher programme.

This work meets you where you are — and supports change at a steady, humane pace.

Who this is not for

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • A fitness-based yoga programme

  • Fast / quick fix results without reflection or integration

  • Spiritual bypassing or rigid doctrine

  • Large anonymous classes with no personal support

 

This work is thoughtful, grounded and lived — there will be an element of yoga movement involved, set to the abilities of the participants, however this is not not purely performative.

Investment & Availability 

The Yoga Life Coaching Method™ is a 12-week guided group experience delivered in a small, supported cohort.

Investment will be shared with registered interest, once dates and group size are confirmed.
