Since starting her musical career in 2018 she has added a Nashville Songwriter’s ‘One to Watch’ and ‘Danny Kyle’ Award to her CV, has hosted & performed at major UK Festivals, Nashville's Bluebird Cafe & has opened for international artists including Eric Paslay. Having featured on BBC Radio,, Mummy Jojo Uncut, Songwriters & Composers Magazine Scotland & Celtic Connections, her music has won her comparisons to Lori McKenna, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Annie Lennox, Carole King, Brandi Carlile, Nina Simone and Adele - This Cumbernauld mum has created her own musical tapestry, linking her unique blend of old and new with her distinctive vocal and style. 

Supported by a raft of talent including Boo Hewerdine, Karine Polwart, Siobhan Miller, Yvonne Lyon, Findlay Napier, Chris While, Elaine’s 2020 charity single 'UNCHARTED WATERS' raised funds for the paediatric Ward at University Hospital Wishaw where her youngest son was treated to remove a benign tumour.
