The Waypoints™

Different Ways to Experience The Life Compass™

Not every part of life's journey requires a Flagship Programme.

Sometimes you want to go deeper.

Sometimes you simply want to pause.

Sometimes you are curious about a particular question, experience or practice.

And sometimes life changes, and you find yourself somewhere you didn't expect to be.

This is where The Waypoints™ come in.

One Philosophy. Different Ways to Experience It.

Explore. Create. Discover what comes next.

The Life Compass™ is not a single course, a single technique or a single way of working.

It is a wider wellbeing and creative health framework — and The Waypoints™ offer different ways to experience it.

You might join a one-off session.

Return regularly to something that supports you.

Explore a new experience.

Work with Elaine one-to-one.

Or discover something completely different.

The format can change.

The philosophy remains the same.

Wellbeing & Life

Experiential wellbeing for real life.

Sometimes you don't need a programme. You simply need space to pause, explore something that's happening in your life, or discover a different way of responding.

The Wellbeing Sessions™ offer guided experiences exploring themes such as stress, overwhelm, boundaries, capacity, change, connection and conscious living.

Come for one session, return when something speaks to you, or explore a particular theme through a workshop or special experience.

Yoga & The Yoga Life Coach™ Journey

Yoga for real life, real bodies and real lives.

Yoga within The Life Compass™ is about far more than what happens on a mat.

Through movement, breath, meditation and yogic wisdom, The Yoga Sessions™ create space to pause, reconnect and find your flow.

You can dip in through group, outdoor, seasonal, Yoga Nidra and private sessions — or go deeper through The Yoga Life Coach™ Journey, an immersive exploration of how yogic wisdom can support the way you live, think and navigate life.

1:1 Experiences

Personalised support for where you are now.

Sometimes the most useful thing is simply having space that is entirely yours.

These private experiences are tailored around your circumstances, needs and capacity — rather than asking you to fit a predetermined formula.

Your experience may include:

You don't need to know which one you need before you begin.

Music & Creative Health

Where music, creativity and wellbeing meet.

Music has always been part of Elaine's work — not only as an artist, but as a way of helping people express, connect, collaborate and be heard.

Through songwriting, creative facilitation and music-led experiences, this work can be shaped for individuals, schools, young people, communities and organisations.

Projects may include:

  • Songwriting and creative wellbeing

  • Youth & education projects

  • Community music projects

  • Creative Health initiatives

  • Collaborative songwriting and recording

  • Bespoke creative partnerships

From a one-off workshop to a larger creative project, each experience is shaped around the people and purpose involved.

Talks, Organisational Partnerships

Wellbeing is not an event. It is an ongoing practice.

From an inspiring talk or facilitated experience to a longer-term wellbeing partnership, Elaine works with organisations to create thoughtful, human approaches to wellbeing, reflection, connection and conscious change.

This might include:

  • Talks and keynote experiences

  • Wellbeing and reflective workshops

  • Leadership and team experiences

  • Organisational wellbeing programmes

  • Creative Health partnerships

  • Bespoke longer-term collaborations

The aim is not simply to deliver another wellbeing event.

It is to create something meaningful that can continue beyond the room — shaped around your people, your environment and what you are trying to achieve.

You Don't Have to Experience Everything.

The Waypoints™ are not a checklist.

There is no requirement to attend every experience or follow a particular route.

You might discover The Life Compass™ through a yoga session and later find yourself joining a Wellbeing Session.

You might begin with a one-to-one experience.

You might attend a workshop simply because the subject catches your attention.

Or you might complete a Harbour Flagship Programme and continue exploring through The Waypoints™.

There is no right way to travel.

You are The Navigator™.

You choose where you pause, what you explore and when you continue.

Upcoming Events & Experiences

The Waypoints™ are continually evolving alongside The Life Compass™.

New experiences, workshops, sessions and events will be added throughout the year.

While certain events will feature here with the digital home of The Life Compass™, the best way to stay up to date is to follow on Socials or join the newsletter.

Find something that feels right for where you are now.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

That's okay.

You don't need to understand the whole map before taking the first step.

If you're curious about The Life Compass™, The Journey™, a particular experience — or simply don't know which way to begin — you are welcome to get in touch.

Sometimes the best waypoint is simply a conversation.
