The Wellbeing Sessions™
Where Lifestyle Meets Wellbeing
Life doesn't come with separate compartments.
How we think, how we feel, how we move, how we work, how we rest, what we eat, who we connect with, where we spend our time and how we respond to change can all influence how life feels.
The Wellbeing Sessions™ explore the spaces where these things meet.
They are a changing collection of guided experiences designed to help you pause, explore, learn something new and perhaps see an everyday aspect of life from a different perspective.
There is no fixed syllabus.
Because life changes.
And so do the questions we ask.
What are The Wellbeing Sessions™?
In The Wellbeing Sessions™ we might explore something you've been curious about for years.
It might introduce you to an idea, practice or perspective you've never considered before.
It might help you understand something that's affecting how you live.
Or it might simply give you an opportunity to step away from everyday life and experience something different.
Sessions can draw from psychology, wellbeing, embodiment, lifestyle, life skills, mindfulness, nature, creativity, ancient wisdom and contemporary thinking — always brought back to the reality of everyday life.
You don't need to be on a particular stage of The Journey™ to take part.
You simply need to be curious.
No Two Sessions Need to Be the Same.
In one you might explore how to create more space in your life.
Another session might introduce you to meditation or an ancient wellbeing tradition.
You might spend an afternoon outdoors.
Get curious about cold water.
Explore the relationship between colour and how we experience ourselves.
Learn something practical that makes everyday life feel a little easier.
Or discover an idea from a book, philosophy, tradition or area of research that makes you stop and think.
Some sessions are quiet and reflective.
Some are practical.
Some are creative.
Some are playful.
Some may challenge the way you have always thought about something.
The subject can change. The invitation remains the same:
Pause.
Explore.
Experience.
Take something useful with you.
Created for Real Life.
The Wellbeing Sessions™ are an evolving collection of experiences.
They are about exploring the many things that can influence how we experience our lives — and finding what might support you in the season you're in.
You might come because you're looking for greater calm.
You might want to learn something new.
You might be navigating change.
You might simply be curious.
Everyone is welcome here - come as you are.
