The Yoga Sessions™
Strength ・Balance ・Flexibility
On and off the mat.
Yoga for real life, real bodies and real nervous systems.
Guided with ease, grace & flow.
Yoga has been part of my own journey for many years.
But I have never believed that yoga needs to look a particular way to be meaningful.
It doesn't require flexibility.
It doesn't require perfection.
And it certainly doesn't require you to fit into a particular idea of what a “yoga person” should look like.
The Yoga Sessions™ are yoga for real life.
A space to move, breathe, pause and reconnect — with yourself, your body and the present moment.
Yoga for Wherever You Are
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to know the Sanskrit.
You don't need to touch your toes.
And you don't need to have been practising for years.
You simply need to arrive.
Some days the practice might challenge you.
Some days it might slow you down.
Some days you might need more movement.
Other days you might need more stillness.
The practice can change because you change.
And perhaps that's one of the most useful things yoga can teach us.
Yoga Beyond The Mat
Yoga can be much more than a physical practice.
The ancient teachings of yoga have been exploring questions about how we live, relate, respond and navigate life for thousands of years.
Those questions still matter.
How do we live with greater awareness?
How do we respond rather than simply react?
How do we relate to ourselves and others?
What does enough look like?
What are we holding on to?
What helps us live with greater balance?
The Yoga Sessions™ bring this wider understanding of yoga into everyday life.
Sometimes through movement.
Sometimes through breath or stillness.
And sometimes simply through a conversation that makes you look at something familiar differently.
More Than a Yoga Class
The Yoga Sessions™ are part of The Waypoints™ within The Life Compass™.
They offer another way to pause, explore and continue your journey — whether you are completely new to yoga, already have an established practice, or simply want to discover what yoga might have to offer beyond the physical.
There is no perfect way to practise.
There is simply your practice, today.
Come as you are.
The Yoga Sessions™
Depending on the experience, sessions may draw from different approaches to yoga and embodied wellbeing, including nervous system & trauma aware:
Hatha • Gentle Vinyasa • Yin • Restorative Yoga • Breathwork • Meditation • Yoga Nidra• Chair Yoga
The emphasis is never on performing a perfect pose.
It is on experiencing what is happening for you.
You can arrive exactly as you are.
Please note if there is anything you'd like to make me aware of that would impact your ability to move or experience the class outwith normal session parameters then please either let me know in advance via email info@elainelennon.com, or arrive 15 minutes before sessions starts to discuss confidentially ahead of the class.

THE YOGA LIFE COACH™ JOURNEY
A 12-week exploration of yoga beyond the physical practice.
The Yoga Life Coach™ Journey is Elaine's deeper flagship yoga experience — a 12-week guided programme exploring how the wisdom of yoga can become relevant to the way we actually live.
In her role as The Yoga Life Coach™, Elaine explores the wisdom of yoga in the context of modern life.
Not as a religious practice.
Not as a set of rules.
And not as something you need to believe in.
But as an opportunity to explore ancient questions through a modern lens.
Workshops and experiences explore themes from the Yamas and Niyamas, yogic philosophy, ancient wisdom and their surprising connections with contemporary psychology, wellbeing and everyday life.
These experiences are designed to invite curiosity rather than prescribe answers.
Ancient wisdom. Modern life. A different way of looking at things.
