Find Your Rhythm™

Harbour 2 · Integration, Stability & Building Capacity

What if finding your rhythm wasn't about doing more — but about finding what works for you?

There are times in life when you can understand what is happening, recognise your patterns and even know what you need — but still struggle to live in a way that feels sustainable.

You may know what matters to you, yet keep putting yourself last.

You may have become more aware of your energy, but still find yourself running on empty.

You may be ready for change, but unsure how to create a life that actually feels like yours.

Find Your Rhythm™ offers space to explore what happens when awareness begins to become lived experience.

Not someone else's version of balance.

Not another list of things you should be doing.

Your rhythm.

Welcome to Harbour 2

Find Your Rhythm™ is the second Flagship Programme within The Life Compass™ Journey.

It builds on the awareness developed within Calm The Water™ and turns the focus towards integration, stability and capacity.

Together, we explore the things that help you create a life that feels more aligned with who you are, what matters to you and what you realistically have the capacity to carry.

This is where the question begins to shift from:

“What's happening to me?”

towards:

“What do I need — and how can I begin living accordingly?”

Find Your Rhythm™ isn't about creating a perfectly balanced life.

It is about developing a better understanding of your own rhythm — and learning how to work with it rather than continually working against yourself.

This Harbour may be for you if...

You might recognise yourself here if:

  • you have become more aware of your patterns but aren't always sure what to do with that awareness

  • you're questioning what you actually want from this stage of your life

  • your priorities, responsibilities or circumstances have changed

  • you often give your energy to everyone and everything else before yourself

  • you're struggling to find a sustainable balance between work, relationships, responsibilities and your own needs

  • you want to reconnect with the things that genuinely matter to you

  • you feel that the way you've been living no longer quite fits

  • you're ready to make changes that feel realistic rather than simply adding more things to your list

  • you want to build greater capacity for the life you are actually living

You don't need to have everything worked out.

You simply need to be curious about what might work better.

What we'll explore

Across the programme, you'll be invited to explore themes including:

  • Values & what matters — becoming clearer about what genuinely matters to you and how that influences the way you live.

  • Identity & change — exploring who you are becoming as life changes around you.

  • Energy & capacity — understanding that your time, energy and emotional resources are not unlimited.

  • Balance & sustainability — considering what a more sustainable way of living could look like for you.

  • Priorities & choice — noticing where your attention and energy are going and whether they reflect what matters.

  • Boundaries & responsibility — beginning to distinguish between what is yours to carry and what isn't.

  • Rhythm & consistency — finding ways of creating change that can actually be lived rather than simply planned.

The programme brings these ideas into real life.

Because knowing what matters is one thing.

Living accordingly is another.

This isn't about finding the perfect balance.

Life doesn't stay still long enough for that.

Work changes.

Relationships change.

Families change.

Our bodies change.

Our responsibilities change.

We change.

Find Your Rhythm™ is about developing the awareness and flexibility to recognise what you need in the season of life you are actually in — and to make choices that support it.

Sometimes finding your rhythm means slowing down.

Sometimes it means creating more space.

Sometimes it means saying no.

Sometimes it means trying something new.

And sometimes it means accepting that the rhythm that worked for you before simply doesn't work anymore.

What you may begin to notice

Everyone's experience is different, but you may begin to develop:

  • greater clarity about what matters to you

  • a stronger awareness of your own energy and capacity

  • greater recognition of what supports or drains you

  • more conscious choices around time, attention and priorities

  • a clearer sense of your own values and direction

  • greater confidence in recognising what is sustainable for you

  • healthier ways of relating to responsibility and boundaries

  • a growing sense of what your own rhythm actually looks and feels like

The aim isn't to create a life where everything fits perfectly.

It's to become better at recognising what fits you.

Why I’ve Chosen This Investment Structure

You may look at the number of sessions, the depth of the work and everything that sits within The Life Compass™ and wonder why the investment is what it is.

The truth is, I could charge considerably more for this work.

The Harbour programmes have taken years of experience, learning, teaching, creativity and personal development to create. They bring together my work across wellbeing, yoga, coaching, music, education and lived experience — shaped into a framework I believe can genuinely help people navigate life differently.

But I don't want the price to become the thing that stops someone from having access to meaningful support.

I know what it feels like to be at a point in life where you need something to change, while also having to think carefully about what you can realistically afford.

So I've made a conscious decision to keep the individual sessions accessible.

The value of the work is greater than the price of entry.

You can choose to come along to one session for £20, without having to commit to an entire programme or spend hundreds of pounds upfront.

If you find something here that helps you, you can come back.

If you want to explore further, you can continue through the Harbour.

And if life means you need to pause, you can pause.

There is no pressure to buy everything.

There is simply an invitation to invest in yourself, at a pace that works for you.

Because I believe good wellbeing support shouldn't be reserved for people who can afford the highest price.

Your journey matters. And access to it matters too.
