This is for you if you are looking for healing, wellbeing, motivation and inspiration in creativity. Using my award-winning skills as a singer songwriter, I guide you through the creative process of writing a song, digging deep into your core to find your real authentic voice. Using music as your therapy, your way to communicate and connect with your own inner voice and melody. This has proven to be one of the most successful programmes with 1:1 projects helping some clients through the grieving process while other songs created in schools winning 5Star ratings from the Official UK Songwriting competition as well as uniting little voices for a wider cause. MY JOURNEY
Root to rise
Before I became a wellbeing practitioner, I worked in University Lecturing and HR Management then spent years navigating the pressures of sole-trader creative life and motherhood alongside recovery from debilitating injuries sustained in a car crash and a diagnosis of HMS & Fibromyalgia.
Yoga became my healer and Music became both my refuge and my teacher — leading to the creation of my Award-winning debut album and The Homebird Sessions, the live show that earned an Americana Music Association Hero Award nomination.
I’ve performed in renowned venues across Scotland (+ the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville!), released acclaimed music, collaborated with respected songwriters from across the globe, and shared my story and expertise as a TEDx speaker.
Along the way, I trained extensively in songwriting, yoga, mindfulness & meditation, holistic & mindset life coaching, therapeutic storytelling through songwriting and creative facilitation.
All of this comes together in my wellness work today — grounded, compassionate, and quietly transformative.

Elaine Lennon is a Scottish singer-songwriter, yoga teacher, life coach and TEDx speaker whose work blends creativity and wellbeing in a uniquely grounded way.
She is the creator and host of The Wellbeing Sessions on Celtic Music Radio (from Jan 2026) and the founder of The Coorie, a dedicated wellness cabin where she delivers Yoga, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and life coaching sessions.
