The Life Compass™
Life is a journey through changing waters.
No two humans are the same.
No two journeys will therefore be the same.
There is no single right place to begin.
Only the place that feels right for you.
THANK YOU FOR STOPPING BY...
Perhaps life has brought you here because something feels different.
Perhaps you're navigating change.
Perhaps you've been carrying more than anyone realises.
Perhaps life looks fine from the outside, yet something quietly feels out of alignment.
Or perhaps you're simply curious.
Curious whether life could feel calmer.
Clearer.
More like your own again.
Whatever has brought you here, welcome.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
A PRACTICAL, HUMAN WAY TO NAVIGATE LIFE
The Life Compass™ is a practical, human approach to navigating change, uncertainty and everyday life.
Created by Elaine Lennon, it has grown from lived experience, professional learning and years of working with people through moments when life doesn't follow the map we expected.
It isn't about fixing yourself or finding a perfect version of life.
It's about learning to notice where you are, understand what matters, make conscious choices and find your own way forward.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO NAVIGATE LIFE
We often think we need a better plan.
A clearer answer.
More motivation.
More certainty.
But sometimes the first step isn't knowing where you're going.
It's pausing long enough to notice where you are.
The Life Compass™ offers another way to think about wellbeing and life — one that recognises that we all move through changing waters.
There will be calm.
There will be storms.
There will be times when the way ahead feels clear, and times when it doesn't.
You don't need to control the whole journey.
You need ways to navigate it.

EVERY JOURNEY BEGINS SOMEWHERE
The Life Compass™ can be experienced in different ways, depending on where you are and what you need.
At the heart of The Journey™ are three Harbours — places to pause, explore and find your bearings.

Harbour 3 - 📍Navigate With Confidence™
A place to explore what matters, how you want to live and what works for you.

ONE PHILOSOPHY. DIFFERENT WAYS TO EXPERIENCE IT.
The Life Compass™ isn't something you have to experience in just one way.
You might find your way in through a conversation.
Through movement.
Through music.
Through creativity.
Through a workshop or shared experience.
Or simply through having somewhere to pause.
THE WAYPOINTS™
Wellbeing & Life
Practical spaces to pause, reflect and explore what matters.

Yoga & Embodied Wellbeing
Movement, breath and awareness — without the pressure to perform.

One to One Experiences
Individual space for deeper reflection, wellbeing and change.

Music & Creative Health
Story, song and creativity as ways of connecting, expressing and exploring.

Talks, Workshops & Partnerships
Bringing The Life Compass™ into organisations, communities and shared spaces.

You don't need to choose everything.
You only need to find the place that feels right for where you are now.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO CHOOSE THE 'RIGHT' WAY INTO THE WORK.
There isn't one right way into The Life Compass™.
There isn't even one right place to begin.
You might arrive through yoga.
Or music.
A conversation.
A wellbeing session.
A workshop.
A quiet moment of reflection.
Perhaps something simply catches your attention.
Follow that.
The different experiences may look different on the surface, but underneath them is the same philosophy:
Calm the water.
Find your rhythm.
Navigate with confidence.

When you change the way you look at things,
the things you look at change

MEET ELAINE
A LIFE SPENT LEARNING HOW TO NAVIGATE
I've never been particularly good at putting life into neat boxes.
I'm a singer-songwriter, speaker, yoga teacher, wellbeing practitioner and creator of The Life Compass™.
But underneath all of those things is something much simpler:
I’m interested in people.
In what happens when life changes.
In what we carry.
In what helps us reconnect with ourselves.
And in how we find our way when the map we thought we had no longer seems to fit.
The Life Compass™ grew from that journey — bringing together lived experience, professional learning, creativity, movement and a deep belief that we don't need to become someone else to live differently.
WHAT PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
The best way to understand this work is often to hear from the people who have experienced it.

The most meaningful change happens when there is trust, clarity and shared intention
