A calm, whole-person approach to wellbeing — supporting clarity, confidence and forward movement at pivotal moments of life
Welcome
Welcome to a grounded space to pause, reset, and gently find your way forward — whether you’re seeking steadiness in yourself or clarity about what comes next.
My work sits at the meeting point of nervous system health, creative expression and real-life integration. It’s trauma-aware, non-performative, and shaped by both professional training and lived experience — not trends, quick fixes or pressure to transform.
This page is here to help you orient, not decide everything at once.
Who this is for
People arrive here at very different moments.
Some are exhausted — juggling work, family life, caring responsibilities, health changes, grief or transition.
Tired of holding everything together.
Tired of overthinking.
Tired of pushing through without feeling any clearer about what comes next.
Some are creatively blocked or disconnected from their inner voice — looking for a way to express what feels difficult to articulate in everyday conversation.
Others are functioning well on the surface, but sense something deeper is quietly out of alignment and asking for attention.
You don’t need to know exactly where you fit yet.
You only need a place to start.

Three ways people usually enter this work
Over time, I’ve noticed that people tend to arrive through one of three doorways.
They are not rigid pathways — just gentle orientations that you may move between as your needs change.
1 - Regulation & Stability
When your nervous system needs care first.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, shut down, or “stuck in your head”, the most supportive place to begin is often the body.
When the nervous system has been under pressure for too long, clarity fades, confidence dips, and even small decisions can feel exhausting. There is nothing “wrong” with you — your system is simply tired and asking for a different kind of support.
This pathway focuses on:
-
nervous system regulation
-
safety, grounding, and rest
-
rebuilding internal capacity before change
START HERE IF: Life feels too loud, too fast, or too much.
→ Primary entry point:
The Nervous System Reset
→ Ongoing support:
The Wellbeing Sessions: Yoga, breathwrok, meditation, bite-sized life coaching psychology
2 - Expression & Inner Voice
When something inside you wants to be heard
Sometimes regulation alone isn’t enough.
There’s a story, a song, or a truth that hasn’t had space to surface.
This pathway uses creativity — particularly songwriting and reflective practices — as a way to listen inwardly, make meaning, and reconnect with yourself.
This work is not about performance or productivity - it’s about expression, honesty, and integration.
START HERE IF: You feel disconnected from your voice, creativity or sense of self.

3 - Direction & Integration
When you are ready for sustained, meaningful change
If you’re seeking deeper clarity about how you live, work, and orient your life — and you’re ready to commit to a longer supportive container — this pathway offers structured, long-term guidance.
It weaves together nervous system awareness, professional life coaching, reflection, and embodiment over time, across key areas of life. Without jargon. Without overwhelm. Without upheaval.
This is where insight becomes lived change.
START HERE IF: You’re ready to move forward with intention, support and continuity.

the things you look at change

A note on my background and approach
My work draws on many strands: a professional background in HR, years as an award-winning singer-songwriter, extensive training in yoga and wellbeing, and lived experience of nervous-system overwhelm and recovery following a life-altering accident.
I don’t separate creativity from wellbeing, or life experience from professional training. Everything here is integrated — carefully and responsibly.
I have seen wellbeing approached in fragments: mindset here, body there, strategies layered onto lives already carrying too much. The issue isn’t a lack of effort or information — it’s fragmentation.
Real, lasting change happens when the whole system is considered together — body, nervous system, mind, values and lived experience — working in alignment rather than isolation.
This work was created from that reframe: a calm, integrated approach that supports stability first, then clarity, confidence and forward movement over time.
This is not therapy, and it’s not about fixing or transforming you into someone else.
It’s about helping you feel more like you again — grounded, capable, clear and gently re-energised as you move forward.
You can read more about my story and qualifications on the About page.
Working with organisation & schools
Alongside individual work, I also work with:
-
schools and education settings
-
councils and local authorities
-
organisations seeking trauma-aware, creative approaches to wellbeing
This work lives within the same nervous-system-led, human-centred philosophy, but is shaped for professional and educational contexts.
You’ll find this under Ways to Work Together.
You don't need to decide everything today
Most people don’t move through this work in a straight line.
You’re welcome to begin gently, take what supports you now, and return later for something deeper. If you’d like help finding the most supportive next step, you can explore the pathways below or get in touch.

The most meaningful change happens when there is trust, clarity and shared intention
Forget everything you think you know about life coaching. Elaine's approach is refreshingly different - I've noticed significant shifts in my health, confidence, and the way I show up in my business. I value my own worth better, understand the real value I bring to my clients, and set meaningful boundaries that protect my energy. My client relationships are stronger, my revenue has increased, and for the first time I feel I’m building my business in a way that supports both growth and a genuine work–life balance.
