A connected approach to wellbeing, clarity, expression and creative learning.

There are times in life when things feel full, unclear, or just slightly out of sync - even when everything looks fine on the surface.

My work offers a calm, grounded space to step out of the noise and come back to yourself, reconnect with what matters, and find steadiness again.

I work at the intersection of nervous system regulation, embodied practice, and creative expression. I bring together life coaching, yoga, breathwork and songwriting - shaped by both professional training and lived experience - to support how you think, feel, and move through your life with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Alongside my wellbeing practice, I also work extensively in music education, songwriting facilitation and youth creative projects — supporting young people to build confidence, voice and connection through music and collaboration.

This is a practical, deeply human approach that helps restore balance, strengthen focus, and navigate demanding periods with greater clarity and resilience.

At its core, my work brings together three integrated strands that support both personal wellbeing and creative expression across individual, group and youth settings:

Stability:
Nervous System Regulation

When the system has been under pressure for too long, clarity fades and even capable people can feel off balance.

This work supports your nervous system to settle, helping you feel more steady, present and able to respond rather than react.

Clarity:
Life Coaching & Reflection

Once there is a little more space, we begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

Through reflective coaching, we explore patterns, beliefs and behaviours - supporting clearer thinking, better decision-making and a stronger sense of direction.

Expression:
Embodiment & Creativity

Not everything can be accessed through thinking alone.

Through yoga, breathwork, voice and creative practice, this work helps reconnect mind and body - supporting expression, integration and a deeper sense of self.

 

This strand also extends into songwriting and creative facilitation work with young people and emerging artists, supporting confidence, collaboration and self-expression through music-based practice.

These elements are not separate — they are woven together depending on what you need.

For some people, that begins with a one-to-one session to reset and regain clarity.
For others, it’s a weekly space to stay grounded and supported.
And for some, it becomes a deeper process of sustained change over time.

4 - MUSIC, YOUTH & CREATIVE FACILITATION

I have extensive experience working with young people through songwriting and creative music projects that combine collaboration, emotional expression and performance.

​My songwriting and facilitation work has been recognised through UK songwriting awards, chart success, and community-based creative projects delivered across educational and public-sector contexts.

Selected collaborative works from my facilitated projects have been used in public-facing community and educational contexts, including local authority platforms and youth arts initiatives.

Alongside my wellbeing practice, I am an award-winning singer-songwriter and recording artist, releasing under my own independent label - Little Sailor Records.

 

I have performed on stages from Glasgow to Nashville and have been nominated for the AMA Hero Award for the work I did via my touring live show THE HOMEBIRD SESSIONS to support aspiring songwriters.

My Creative Scotland backed debut album won the coveted CMR 'Album of the Year Award' and I have had the pleasure of collaborating and co-writing with and for top UK and US Songwriters.

Who This Work Supports

People usually come to this work at a point where something no longer feels sustainable — even if they are still functioning on the outside.

Often, they are capable, thoughtful people who are carrying a lot, but feel stretched, overwhelmed, or slightly disconnected from themselves.

A note on my background and approach

My work draws on professional experience in HR, years as an award-winning singer-songwriter, training in yoga and wellbeing, and lived experience of nervous-system overwhelm following a life-changing accident.

 

Everything here is integrated — creativity, wellbeing and lived experience are not separate strands, but part of a connected approach to supporting people in real life contexts.

 

Too often, wellbeing is approached in fragments. My work focuses on bringing the whole system back into relationship — mind, body, nervous system and creative expression working together rather than in isolation.

 

This is not therapy, and it is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel more like yourself again — clear, steady and able to move forward with confidence.
