A BREATH OF FRESH AIR
The Life Compass™ is a practical, human approach to navigating change, uncertainty and everyday life.
Created by Elaine Lennon, it has grown from lived experience, professional learning and years of working with people through moments when life doesn't follow the map we expected.
It isn't about fixing yourself or finding a perfect version of life.
It's about learning to notice where you are, understand what matters, make conscious choices and find your own way forward.
LIFE IS A JOURNEY THROUGH CHANGING WATERS
No two humans are the same.
No two journeys will therefore be the same.
There is no single route or right place to begin.
No perfect destination.
Only the place that feels right for you.
Perhaps life feels different than it once did.
Perhaps you have spent so long caring for everyone else that you've lost sight of yourself.
Perhaps you're standing at the edge of a new chapter.
Or perhaps you simply have the quiet feeling that there must be another way to live, work and navigate life.
The Life Compass™, developed by Elaine Lennon, is a practical, human approach to navigating change, uncertainty and every day life.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO NAVIGATE LIFE
We often think we need a better plan.
A clearer answer.
More motivation.
More certainty.
But sometimes the first step is simply pausing long enough to notice where you are.
The Life Compass™ offers a way to think about wellbeing and life that recognises that we all move through changing waters.
There will be calm.
There will be storms.
There will be times when the way ahead feels clear, and times when it doesn't.
You don't need to control the whole journey.
You need ways to navigate it.

THE JOURNEY™
One Philosophy. Different ways to experience it.
The Life Compass™ body of work can be entered into and experienced in different ways, depending on where you are and what you need in life right now.
At the heart of The Journey™ are three Harbours — places to pause, explore and find your bearings.
📍Harbour 1: Calm the Water
📍Harbour 2: Find Your Rhythm
📍Harbour 3: Navigate with Confidence
Beyond the Harbours, The Waypoints™ help you further navigate uncharted waters.
They offer an ever evolving blend of practical one off sessions, workshops and practice.
They provide opportunities to dip your toes in the water, to pause, discover and explore what matters most to you and what will help you navigate in ways that are supportive and accessible.
The Waypoints™ include:
📍Wellbeing & Life
📍Yoga & Embodied Wellbeing, mindfulness and breath-work
📍1:1 Experiences
📍Music & Creative Health
📍Talks, Workshops & Partnerships - organisations, communities and shared spaces.
YOUR JOURNEY, YOUR WAY
The Journey™ gives you space to pause, explore and move forward at your own pace.
You might arrive through Harbour 1 or via a Waypoint like yoga.
Or music.
A conversation.
A wellbeing session.
A workshop.
A quiet moment of reflection.
Perhaps something simply catches your attention.
Follow that.
The experiences may look different on the surface, but underneath them is the same philosophy:
Calm the water.
Find your rhythm.
Navigate with confidence.

the things you look at change

MEET ELAINE
A LIFE SPENT LEARNING HOW TO NAVIGATE
I've never been particularly good at putting life into neat boxes.
I'm a singer-songwriter, speaker, yoga teacher, wellbeing practitioner and creator of The Life Compass™.
But underneath all of those things is something much simpler:
I’m interested in people.
In what happens when life changes.
In what we carry.
In what helps us reconnect with ourselves.
And in how we find our way when the map we thought we had no longer seems to fit.
The Life Compass™ grew from that journey — bringing together lived experience, professional learning, creativity, movement and a deep belief that we don't need to become someone else to live differently.

WHAT PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
The best way to understand this work is often to hear from the people who have experienced it.

The most meaningful change happens when there is trust, clarity and shared intention
