My work sits at the meeting point of music, nervous system regulation, psychology-based coaching and embodied practices.
I provide experiences that can change how you think, feel, and move through life using a unique blend of deeply lived and acquired skills.
Through integrative coaching, breathwork, yoga, psychology-informed tools and guided deep relaxation, my work helps people restore balance, strengthen focus and navigate demanding periods of life with greater resilience.
My work bridges personal wellbeing and human performance, combining nervous system regulation, coaching and embodied practices alongside creative self-expression through The Inner Voice Method™ songwriting approach. and my own music releases and live performances.

Elaine helped me write ‘Sunrise’ - a piece honouring the unconditional love, loss and spiritual connection I share with my son Joseph, who passed away at just 17. A note on my background and approach
My work draws on many strands: a professional background in HR, years as an award-winning singer-songwriter, extensive training in yoga and wellbeing, and lived experience of nervous-system overwhelm and recovery following a life-altering accident.
I don’t separate creativity from wellbeing, or life experience from professional training. Everything here is integrated — carefully and responsibly.
Too often, wellbeing is approached in fragments — mindset in one place, body in another, strategies layered onto lives already carrying too much. The real issue isn’t a lack of effort; it’s fragmentation.
Lasting change happens when the whole system is considered together — nervous system, mind, body and values working in alignment rather than isolation.
My work brings those elements back into relationship. Stability comes first. From there, clarity, confidence and sustainable forward movement follow.
Rooted in Scottish traditions of coorie — warmth, steadiness and grounded connection — I integrate coaching, nervous-system informed practice and creative reflection to create spaces where people can settle and reconnect.
This is not therapy, and it is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel like yourself again — clear, capable and steady as you move forward.
